Based on「 Seoul National University's academic-industrial collaboration problem solving platform」, the Department of FoodTech aims to improve the job competence of food technology workers and strengthen the corporate capabilities of food technology industries by providing customized convergence food education.
The curriculum is operated as a re-education master's program for food industry workers, and consists of major theories such as FoodTech, Convergence Technology of FoodTechy, Food Regulations, FoodTech Design, and field trips. In addition, projects related to the industries can be carried out, such as recruiting projects for companies (trainees) and attracting investment plans through food technology commercialization, in order to find solutions for on-site difficulties.
