The 10th Seoul National University-Qingdao Agricultural University (China) Symposium was held at Building 203, Yeong-In Huh Hall, on August 8, 2017. The purpose of the symposium is to exchange knowledge in diverse topics in the agricultural field between the two universities. Each school alternates hosting the biannual symposium. This year’s theme was “Future-oriented Sustainability of Agriculture and Forestry,” with six professors from each school’s Department of Forest Environment and Biosystems Engineering presenting their research and lively discussions on relevant topics. The presence of Li Baodu, a party secretary from Qingdao Agricultural University, made this symposium even more significant.
