CALS Enters into a Business Cooperation Agreement with the APEC Climate Center

  On February 8, 2018, the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS) at Seoul National University entered into a business cooperation agreement with the APEC Climate Center to strengthen joint research and cooperative research projects between the two institutions. The APEC Climate Center was established to monitor and forecast abnormal climate changes in Asia and the Pacific, providing climate information specific to APEC member countries to enable effective response by those nations, conducting research related to climate science and its applications, and putting support projects for developing nations into place. The agreement covers issues related to education and research cooperation, including exchanges of personnel and research reports, joint hosting of academic seminars and workshops, and cooperation on research and business projects.
