Signing of MOU/SEA with Japan’s Shinshu University

 

The CALS, SNU signed the General Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) and Students Exchange Agreement (SEA) with the College of Agricultural Science, Shinshu University on Wednesday, February 27, 2019. The agreement is an extension of the agreement signed in 2014.

Shinshu University is a national university located in Nagano, Japan, and is a promising university ranking 33rd within Japan according to the QS World University Rankings. Hiroshi Kagami, the Dean of the Department of Agricultural Science, Shinichi Yonekura, the head of multidisciplinary genome research, and four other professors visited the CALS, SNU from Shinshu University to sign the agreement. Suk-ha Lee, the Dean of the CALS, and other professors from executive departments of SNU welcomed them.

Both universities agreed to continue the student exchange program and develop future-oriented relations with one another by signing the agreement.
